Ghana 70% Chocolate
Ghana's cacao history is inseparable from its landscape. Grown in the Mirissa Hills Forest Reserve alongside trees protected under UNESCO's reforestation program, this bar draws from a rare multi-variety blend — Criollo, Amelonado, Forastero, and Trinitario — cultivated by over 2,000 farmers across eight communities practicing agroforestry and regenerative land stewardship.
Fermented individually in banana and plantain leaf heaps and dried in direct sun, these beans carry the deep, grounding character West African cacao is known for. Sweetened exclusively with monk fruit — a zero-glycemic natural sweetener — and finished with hand-harvested Eritrean, red sea salt from the shores of Massawa, the Red Sea. This bar was designed with intention: full flavor, dramatically reduced sugar load, and a profile that honors those who cannot afford to compromise their health for pleasure.
Nutty, savory, and gently salted — with the warmth of roasted cacao and the quiet complexity of a forest origin. A true intersection of craft and care.
Ingredients: cacao beans, monk fruit, Eritrean red sea salt.
